RAS Rural Achiever Award
The RAS Rural Achiever Award is a prestigious state-wide leadership program recognising young people aged 20–29 who are actively contributing to their local communities, show societies, and the broader agricultural industry.
Run by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, the program celebrates the achievements of emerging rural leaders and provides them with unique opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and networking within the agricultural sector.
Held in conjunction with the Sydney Royal Easter Show, participants engage in a week of leadership activities, industry events, and public engagement, strengthening their skills and agricultural connections. Standout achievers may also represent NSW in the National Rural Ambassador Award or take part in an exchange to the Royal Adelaide Show.
Through this program, the RAS aims to educate, empower, and foster a lasting connection between young leaders and the future of Australian agriculture.
