Binnaway Show

Early carnivals preceded the formation of the Binnaway Pastoral, Agricultural, Horticultural and Industrial Association in 1930. The show lapsed during World War II and remained inactive until a revival in 1964. The first show under the new committee, held in 1965, took place on bare ground with no facilities. Since then, the showground has been steadily developed through voluntary effort and support, with a range of structures and arenas added to support the event.
