Canowindra Show

The first show at Canowindra was held in March 1900, initiated by a small group of citizens led by John Grant, who became the association’s first president. Early events were staged at the Sports Ground before the association moved to a shared showground with other local organisations. Over time, the grounds were developed and improved, with additional facilities enhancing the venue’s use.
