Murrumburrah Harden Show

The Murrumburrah Pastoral, Agricultural and Industrial Association was formed in the early 1880's and the first show held on August 22-23, 1888. Foundation president was R.H. Roberts, vice-president, T. Allsop, secretary, E.F. Meares and treasurer, R.B. Wallace. The shows have been held annually ever since on the same site with the exception of three war years. The re-named Murrumburrah-Harden P A and I Association staged its centenary show in September, 1988, to coincide with the Harden-Murrumburrah centenary celebrations.
